Process Flow
Our process for Freeze Dried Aloe Gel Powder has been developed and tested to ensure you are getting the highest quality product. To start, the organically grown leaves of the plant are harvested. We then wash the leaves and have the leaves filleted by mechanical squeezers. Filets are rinsed to remove Aloin, grinded, ran through our filtration system and heat treated. Any pulp and fibers are removed before it is freeze dried and packaged based on the customer's request.
